Hi, I’m Sam. I was not a natural athlete. I've built my  fitness through years of Training. From uncoordinated kid to elite Personal Trainer, I’ve lived every stage of the journey you’re about to take!

I’ve been learning from the National Academy of Sports Medicine since 2018.

Training Services

In Person PT

All in Person Sessions include: Individualized Warm Ups, Movement Prep, Strength Training, Cardio Conditioning, Core Work, Mobility & Cool Downs. 

​1 on 1 Sessions also include Custom PT Programming.

Prices

Individual Session (1 Person)                  $100/hr   or   $60/30m

Partner Session (2 People)                      $70/hr per person
Small Group Session (3-6 People):      $45/hr per person
